Guidelines for oral presentations

PC laptops with Windows 10, Office 2016 and Acrobat Reader DC will be available in the session rooms. Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint or PDF file format, using the dimensions 16:9 for your slides.
For plenary speakers, please upload your presentation to the computer in the plenary hall before the morning session.
For speakers in parallel sessions, please upload your presentation to the assigned computer in the Polaris media room (before and during lunch) or the session room (after lunch). Please feel free to do this at any break but no later than 10 minutes prior your session start.
We suggest that you to keep a PDF version of your presentation at hand on a memory stick, so you have a back-up option in case there are problems with national versions of PowerPoint and/or with the video output of session laptop.

There will be conference hosts in the Polaris media room and session rooms between and during the sessions. They are there to help you with practical issues before your presentation.
