It is exactly one year until the 8th International Barcode of Life Conference in Trondheim. We are truly looking forward to welcome students, scientists, sponsors, stakeholders, and everyone else interested in the development and application of DNA barcoding in research and nature management! The list of accepted plenary speakers is steadily growing and details will be available soon. The same is true for post-conference tours, and we have started making plans for some interesting pre-conference activities.
Days are long this time of the year, and although the weather can be shifting at times, we promise sunsets at 23:30 also next year!

We were curious about the venue, and visited The Clarion Hotel and Congress yesterday to check out the atrium intended for posters and stands as well as their rooftop bar and restaurant. Truly impressed by both; see what you think below.
